Goin' Home A Transition Workshop |

What, exactly, is it all about? |
|
|
|
It's about releasing our fear of a process that is as natural as being born.
It's about defining for ourselves what we believe -- about life, about God, about love, and our place and purpose in the world.
It's about living the truth we profess to believe.
It's about an adventure that begins the moment we leave this life.
It's about a journey that begins here and now . . . living fully and abundantly every day. |

Death is the fulfillment of our purpose here on earth . . . we shift our focus from the dense finite to the wondrous infinite. And that is a miracle.
It is said that Westerners put death in a shell until it is opened for them when they have no choice but to look at it. It's time we look at it on our own terms.
WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE?
What do you believe? Many people have difficulty answering this question. But it is a question that must be answered because, ultimately, it is the framework upon which we build our lives. What we believe is probably less important than how we live and apply those beliefs. Our beliefs about God and life should be in harmony with what we believe about death -- the transition from this life to the next. In the space between our understanding of God and our understanding of death is a place where fear takes root. It is our own faith and our own belief in the omnipresence and goodness of God that waivers -- and we are afraid. In Truth, we don't have to be afraid.
ASK YOURSELF:
What do you want your story to be after you die? What do you expect will happen next? What does the afterlife mean to you personally? Where will your last breath take you? How will you get there? Who will help you along?
It's your life. It's your story. Make it a good one. |
